All products purchased from www.kolude.com come with a hassle-free warranty. You can find the precise warranty period of your product on the instruction manual inside its box or you may refer to chart below for the warranty time lines of various products, as warranty periods differ according to models.

Limitation of Liability

Warranties do not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, external causes such as acts of nature or shipping hazards, or damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse of the product. Neither does the warranty cover damage to any non-KOLUDE product used in connection with the product.

 

 

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days from the date you received it.

 

  • Returns must include all accessories, documentation and original packaging that were included when you received it.
  • Items must be damage-free. In cases of damages due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use, refund will be rejected.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping fees. KOLUDE refunds the cost of the product itself.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from www.kolude.comcan be returned.Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements. Or we will charge you the original purchase price for damaged, altered, or missing items.

 

Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:

  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
  • Buyer’s accidental returns or returning personal items
  • Returning items claimed to have defects but found by KOLUDE quality control to be in working condition
  • Returning defective items in international shipping
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

 

 

REFUND& REPLACEMENT

Refunds

Once the returned item arrives back in KOLUDE’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

All refunds will be issued to the customer via the same method as purchase payment.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancelation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If purchased via Paypal, a credit is issued directly to your account and is available within 5 to 10 minutes.

Products purchased from www.kolude.com using a KOLUDE Store Gift Card will be refunded to you as a KOLUDE Store Gift Card by email.

 

Replacements

For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent. Customers are fully responsible for shipping and handling charges for exchanges, as well as the difference in cost of the products.

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.

 

 PROCESS OF A WARRANTY

  1. Email support@kolude.comrequesting an Return Authorization. Please include your Order ID Number and the reason for your refund/replacement. All returns require an authorization which is issued only by email.Please note that an RA does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.
  2. Wait for an email response from us (usually within 24-48 hours) and then download the RA Return/Exchange Packing Slip and fill out the form completely.
  3. Pack the products and RA Return/Exchange Packing Slip into a shipping box using packing material and secure with tape.
  4. Please write your Order ID Number on the outside of the shipping box (please do not write on the product package).
  5. Send the return to:
